Some tips to help you to work out more is to wear a device that tracks your steps, noting that you might have a goal that you meed to meet, it is easier to try and meet it. Make goals everyday, look at motivation and start out slow. When exercising make sure you have a snack. If you have smaller meals but more frequently it lowers your glucose level.
