Graham Edwards is the CEO of Telereal Trillium, a London based company dealing in the management of properties as well as investment (glassdoor.com). The company houses the British Telecom PIC as well as the Work and Pensions department. Formed in 1997 as Trillium, the Telereal Trillium is currently one of the largest companies in the U.K majoring in property management. Telereal Trillium company houses one percent of the workforce in the U.K. it owns and manages a six billion pounds portfolio with more than 86 million square feet of floor area.
Appointed as the CEO of Telereal Trillium in 2001, Graham Edwards has an interest in various businesses such as mining, real estate, software, engineering, and water. He studied Economics at Cambridge University in England. Graham holds membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Wales and England. He is also a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers as well as the UK Society of Investment Professionals. Besides, Graham is a fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Currently, he is pursuing an MA in International Relations in the War Studies Department at King’s College in London. He focuses on the Middle East.
Graham Edwards led a 4 billion pounds outsourcing deal that resulted in a transfer of 6,700 properties from BT to Telereal. He also led the company’s negotiations that led to acquiring Trillium from Land Security Group PIC in January 2009. Before joining Telereal Trillium, Graham held the post of Chief Investment Officer at Talisman Global Asset Management. Before joining Talisman, he was the fund manager of Merrill Lynch Investment Management. He was also the finance head of the department of finance at the BT Group PIC. Being an active philanthropist, Graham holds a space on Boards and committees of various organizations such as One Voice Europe, British Friends of the Hebrew University, Portland Trust, and others.
